PROJECT BRIEF
The goal of this project is to create a loft located in Emeryville, CA set by the client, Aiko Suzuki's requirements and needs. The loft is to be designed by incorporating biophilia and be inspired by Joan Miro's art.
The loft is designed to be comfortable for her son Henry Suzuki, who is diagnosed with autism. The client must have a home office space for her to work post pandemic. The space must include a living area, kitchen, dining space, office, bathroom, and bedrooms.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Our vision is to create a loft home that radiates a lively and playful energy, drawing inspiration from the vivid colors of Joan Miro's artwork. At the same time, we aim to incorporate biophilic design principles to promote a strong connection with nature, fostering creativity and inspiration within the home and workspace.
